Maintenance of electric tricycles
Battery: Avoid overcharging and overdischarging, control the charging time within 8-10 hours, and regularly check whether the battery terminals are loose;
Motor/controller: prevent water ingress, regularly clean the dust on the motor casing, and avoid overloading driving (such as climbing uphill).
Maintenance of fuel powered tricycles
Diesel engine: Replace the dedicated engine oil every 500 hours, clean the dust on the heat sink, and check the fuel filter and air filter;
Transmission system: Regularly lubricate the chain/transmission shaft, check the wear of the clutch plates to avoid slipping.
General maintenance
Tires: Regularly check tire pressure, replace tires in a timely manner when they wear down to the safety line, and avoid tire blowouts;
Frame/cargo compartment: Wipe dry promptly after rain, polish rusted areas and spray paint for rust prevention. Rust can be treated with a sanding machine before painting.
